I ordered online for our school's fundraiser. We ordered more than we usually do because of the portion going to the... school. The order was on time for pick up. At pick up they forgot the drink. No big deal. We went home unloaded all of theitems, opened them up and saw that the burrito was missing and they had given us a bowl instead. Tried to call the store.Store voice-mail says go online and start an online chat. The chat bot didn't offer a way to resolve the issue for our situationso the chat bot closed. We drove back to the store to get the meal remade. From the tables, we watched to see that everythingwas included for the missing item. The person who made the order came to the table we were sitting at and threw the order atus. For the amount that I spent, the time I wasted, how we were treated and with no way to contact the store, I am removing theapp from my phone. I'll donate straight to the school instead. Read more

It was getting close to closing time so they may have been a bit short-staffed. The line moved pretty slowly, and the dining... room needed some attention. Of course the food was yummy as always. I had a chicken bowl. Read more

As someone who has worked extremely demanding customer service jobs before, I can honestly say that the staff here is beyond... incompetent and the managers should consider restaffing ASAP. Placed an online order for two bowls at 6:00pm to be ready at6:20pm. Showed at at 6:20 and it still wasn?t ready. No problem. Came back at 6:30, still not ready. Came back at 6:50 still notready. The entire restaurant was empty, not a customer in sight and there were 5 employees working. I asked about the status ofmy order and they said they will start to work on it. Again, no problem. I was in no rush. While I was waiting inside the store,with my order not ready for over 35 minutes past the promised time, the gentleman who I spoke to helped two customers who justwalked in and they got their food immediately, all while I had been waiting almost 40 minutes at this point. I asked what thehold up is and he said ?we?re swamped? but literally only two customers came in and I did not see them put a single order on thepick up shelf the entire time I was waiting. After waiting 50 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready, I opened it andboth my bowls were completely wrong. I came back and it took them another 10 minutes to fix it, while again, helping newcustomers instead of me. Extremely disappointing experience. I was beyond patient and understanding with them and didn?t get asingle sorry despite waiting close to an hour in an empty restaurant for food that is already made, that just needed to bescooped into a bowl. I have never had an experience like this at a chipotle, or any restaurant ever for that matter. Would ratethis location zero stars if I could. Read more

Went with a friend who wanted to eat there. I'm not particularly fond of being served food that has been sitting in open... containers all day. But, they were very conscientious of my friend's request for gluten free. The server even offered to washhis hands before preparing the food. Read more

Of the 6 times I have ordered from here, my order has been messed up or, had items omitted. This time? 10$ worth of missing... chips and Queso. There are much better Chipotle locations in the area. Do yourself a favor and skip this one. Read more

The worst customer experience you will ever run into. Nasty attitudes from cooks. They gossip about customers in a kitchen 2... feet from customers. They stare for this process too. Love chipotle BUT this location is something different to experience andnot in a good way. They turned me away on 3 different occasions requesting ?well done? on pink steak meat. ?We don?t do that?I?d their response. The employees here make you feel like your bothering them from leaning on walls to actually making yourbowl. For the real Chipotle customer service I really recommend taking a 10min drive to Elmhurst instead of stopping here. Read more

Ordered last minute catering for a birthday and they were able to squeeze it in. Super satisfied with the service of Cassidy(?)... And the other gentleman who assisted for the catering pick up.
