To say I?m disappointed is an understatement. What?s so embarrassing is this establishment has received so many bad reviews and... has yet to make a change. Every time I go to this Dunkin location my latte is always white. Why? Why would I want that? Evenwhen I say light milk and or heavy espresso, it?s still white. If you ask for extra cream cheese, they?ll give you less than thenormal amount. There?s legit a sprinkle of cream cheese. Waste of time and money. I?d rather starve. Wish I could give zerostars. So sick and tired of the lobby being closed. I drive a large truck and cannot go through the drive thru. When I do drive my... other car it takes over 20 mins to get a coffee and a donut. They still do not have all menu items...the customers service isalso bad at this store. The kids running the place act like customers are interferring with their social lives. Read more
This is the first and last time I order food from here. I had to wait for the hash browns, and this is how I received them.
I only gave this place two stars because we got there like 20 minutes before they closed and they had no donuts whatsoever ready... which did not make sense because they weren't closed at the moment and when I asked them where's the donuts? they said they'reclosing but still not for another 20 more minutes it was a bunch of kids that just wanted to leave early! So they were closingeverything up early so they should just close a half hour earlier so people don't have to drive an extra 2 to 3 mi just to gettold that the store is closing when it's not not cool what happened to Dunkin donuts they speak good place to go to and theyalways had good donuts hope the manager reads this! I stopped by the Villa Park location to get donuts for the office. The donuts were at least a day old and on the verge of being... stale. The inside area was dirty and outside had trash all over the ground. Will probably not be back! Read more
