Our kids received two coupons for 2 free small pizzas from their schools. We never order from snappys but decided to give it a... try. While ordering we told the rep we had 2 free small valentines coupons and what we wanted to order. The rep took our orderand then charged it to the credit card before even asking for our address or verifying the coupons or that we were even doneordering. After getting a alert of a charge done we asked him about why we were charged early. He told us that it was his secondday and he needed to find help. After coming back on the phone he said that there is no manager in the building and he is stilltrying to find help. Who doesn't have a manager on shift! Also who doesnt help the new guy on his second day! The guy then saidwe cant reverse the charge because no manager or anyone with the credentials there was able to. SO the said we have a credit.What if we didn't like it? What if we were just trying to show support for our kids school? This was done completely backwards.I hope they improve their customer service and start running a business with proper management. It's not smart to assume.Credits don't cover mistakes. We ordered the family feast for dinner tonight and it was Delicious! The biggest plus was they Delivered it to us! You don't... find that where we live! The food was great, hot, made perfectly and delivered long before promised. I'm surprised he got up ourdriveway but he was driving a Jeep lol. Hats off to the best pizza we've had in forever. We love Snappy Tomato pizza IMPORTANT UPDATE: Always be aware of howmuch money you give the delivery driver! I made a huge mistake yesterday, 12/11/19! I had my bill money in one pocket and thepizza money in another pocket ok? I realized after the pizza was delivered that I had given the driver the wrong money! I wasterrified! I called snappy and explained what happened and the delivery driver brought it back, almost all of it anyway! Iaccidentally gave him $180! I got $160 of it back! I fold my bills in one direction and there was several $20 bill's turned thewrong way! He did have a $20 in his wallet claiming it was from the money from snappy? We even have him $5 for bringing it backto us! Regardless I'm grateful I got almost all of the bill money back! Just beware of the right amount of money you hand over!My best advice ever! Read more
