Went thru Vienna drive thru no straws for drinks one order of fries missing had to go inside for fries kids meal had no toy... inside. Two of my hamburgers were raw on the inside. Fries were soggy when we were told to pull up for fresh fries had to wait20 minutes.Tried calling Wendy's phone was continuously busy. All of this for $37.00. Very disappointing and inexcusable. Insulted my husband, got my son's sandwich wrong, my bacon cheese fries were cold and cheese not melted, only diet/no sugar... drinks in machine. Was passing through on our way back to Ohio and never again will we stop at this location. Read more

Sign says fresh n crispy fries. Well that's not the case. Twice they was barely warm n tasted like grease
Always an issue at this location. Asked for extra honey butter on my biscuit this morning, when I got it there was at least 1/2... cup to 3/4 cup honey butter within this wrapper. I returned it and asked for it to b made properly it came back the 2nd timewith just a little under what was on it the 1st time. I was already waiting on frys because when they gave me the 1st set therewas maybe 6 frys in it. And when I asked them to fill it she said u have to pull up n wait were out. They gave me what was leftof the last batch n didn't think I'd say anything. Like how many times a day do they do that to people who don't say anything. Iended up having to throw the entire sandwich away. Staff here is horrible along with the food. Read more
Love the deals and app that Wendy's offer. This particular Wendy's is clean, staff friendly and helpful, store was clean, food... hot, and order correct. Can't ask for much more. The 4 for $4 deal is perfect and works great for our family. Read more
I eat here a lot considering I work in the area and live here. I have never been to a place that forgets something every time I... order. I have had to walk in every single time I order food from here and retrieve the rest of my order. Seems like theemployees are lost 90% of the time. Read more
