We stopped at the Subway on grand Central and as we went in the clerk was sitting at a table coloring in stickers (probably for... subway sandwiches). We were THE ONLY CUSTOMERS IN THE STORE! The clerk said I?ll be with you in a few minutes as she continuedsitting at a table coloring. Then a male worker came from the back - did not even acknowledge us at the counter waiting - andbegan to talk with the clerk who was coloring at a table. This is the poorest customer service I have ever seen - so we left aswe wanted to get our lunch before dinner time!!!! Read more
