Absolutely my favorite place to eat in the mall. Staff is always nice and pretzels always pretty fresh.
Came to the Grand Central mall and at 5:30 went to get some pretzels and was told they are out of all pretzels. Very poor... planning on their part as the mall was having a race car show and packed with people. While I was in line they turned awayseveral groups of people. Read more
