Saw a commercial last night for breakfast. Figured I'd try it. Decided to try the maple chicken bacon sandwich instead of an egg... sandwich. Big mistake. Worst Wendy?s to go to. I went on Friday July 19th at 2:21pm. I had a Mobil order and the guy told me at the window he didn?t... have it I have to come inside to look for my order I said can you please check. I only ordered a Mobil order because I was onlunch and trying to rush back to enjoy my food. I said well I have a Mobil order he argued with me about it not being there andhe can?t move his spot to go check. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. THE GUY WHO WORKED THE WINDOW NEEDS TO BE IN THE BACK COOKINGOR CLEANING. I had to walk inside and find my order a lucky the nice guy who worked the front said it was a Mobil order and I?msorry you had to get out the car. That was the only thing that made it better. Ordered three chicken sandwiches from the app, with $3 off $15 or more coupon that was available in the Wendy's app. I stated my... name in the drive thru, they quickly found my order but warned they'd need extra time to cook the chicken. It was raining, so Ireally didn't want to sit and wait. Fortunately, because the drive thru was already so slow, my food didn't take any more timethan average. Read more

I just ordered a sausage biscuit around 8:05 AM on November 5. It was handed to me immediately. When I went to eat it after... driving away, I discovered that it was hard as a rock and barely warm. I couldn?t eat it it was so bad. I tried to call thestore to inform them, but no one answers the phone. And it can?t be because they are busy because I was the only one at theWendy?s a few minutes ago. I also did not get a receipt. Now I have to go to the McDonald?s that?s near my work instead. *Itried the place again a few days later. Same exact issue. Except this time I also ordered a Coke and breakfast fries. This was officially the slowest fast food I have ever eaten. Nobody was at the register for the majority of the time we were in... the restaurant and the staff was both unresponsive and unfriendly. They appeared to have forgotten the order (within 2 min of itbeing placed). Do not go here Read more
