This place needs help. Water coming through the ceilings and long lines. How do you only have 4 employees working a lunch rush?

This Location in particular looks like it belongs in the ghetto in Richmond, I don't even go there anymore, there burgers taste... like old grease and nothing tastes the same as other Locations. You would figure in Vienna they would be more upscale.. Read more
I ordered the hot honey chicken sandwich meal and the chicken was quite dry and thin. This was my second time ordering from this... store and the quality of the food has been sub par both times. Read more
I stopped to pick up lunch and initially had difficulty ordering through the speaker because it was so raspy. at the window i... still had difficulty because i was told they dont carry the drink and never had, even through i get it there all the time. Ialso asked to upsize my drink and they forced me to upsize fries which I have never had to do on the app. All around this isthe worst Wendy's in the company and they should be shut down, if nothing else all managers should be fired. There is no reasonfor them to make a 70 year old feel like a child that just broke something over an order that I had no control over except totell them what I wanted. Worst Wendy's in the world. The combo meals are to expensive for what they are and their menu is always a mess. I pulled up and when asked what I wanted I... asked where are the burgers on the menu and the man insisted they were there but all they had on the menu was chicken. After Iexplained that to him like 3-4 times he finally started reading the burger part of the menu to me. I really didn't want to sitthrough that so I politely just cut him off and told him I'll take a double burger meal. I'm not sure that's what I wanted but Iwent with what was easiest under the circumstances. I feel like when I go to this Wendy's I often have issues to the point thatI rarely go there or any Wendy's anymore. Read more
4.5 stars. Wonderful meal here all for under 5 dollars. Wendy's has truly shown itself this year in the fast food game.
The soda is nasty like no carbonation like water and syrup...as normal burgers were cooked hours before just not fresh like you... would want. Sad most Wendy's prepare the burgers too far ahead to make them good anymore. Wendy's need some freshness improvements. Definitely do not order those expensive drinks and end up pouring them out.
