This place looked fantastic from it's old reviews, especially from the quality and appearance of the food. Unfortunately that's... not the case anymore, placed an order online, was marked as complete not long after, which should've been my first red flag. Thecalzone was nowhere near how appetizing it looked in older reviews or online and the taste was less than appealing. It tastedbland, doughy, and overall not very good. I couldn't fairly rank their pizzas with their competition due to the poor quality ofthe food, however if it was ranked compared to frozen pizza or Little Cesar's, I would rate it as below average and get a pizzafor that quality at a cheaper place. Luckily my first order was bought with a deal, so I thankfully didn't have to pay the pricethey charge for the quality you receive. Read more
Ordered from them a couple of times now and the food was great for the most part and quick courteous delivery. Only issue was... their "chicken tenders" were these long super skinny strips of chicken that were weird. Usually their chicken tenders are prettygood but have become hit or miss on quality. We had a wonderfully kind experience at this location. A wonderful kind manager, Alyson, made us lifetime customer for this... location. She was so welcoming at the before close hour. After having a busy day, she was still kind and wonderful. These days,all businesses should have an Alyson. I think she should be asked to teach all Paisano managers about manners and kindness.Also, the Gyro was wonderful too. Read more
Tried to order on uber eats at 7,o'clock and it said it would take 45 50 minutes to deliver. It's now 9:21and after trying to... get an update I've had no response. The vienna location has seriously gone downhill and I strongly advise anyone to order fromthe falls church location instead of this one. Also my last order that I had for a single medium pizza got messed up and theysent me three cheese steak sandwiches with the wrong address clearly on the ticket. Read more

Great in-store customer experience. Friendly staff. Military discount given with ID. I eat gluten free. This is now my favorite... place for gluten free pizza. A superb gf pie. Read more
I called in and spoke to Kevin regarding an order I had made ahead the previous night. Kevin was incredibly friendly and offered... such positive customer service! I had ordered a pizza at work. Clocked out to eat freshly arrived pizza to discover again the veggie pizza was thin crust,... despite ordering new york style. This happens often but Im disappointed the manager ensured a refund that never happened. Read more
