Their Vienna Va location at Route 7 and International Drive does a pretty good job. Every once in a while the food is... sub-standard but 9 out of 10 times, they do well. Read more
They had someone outside taking orders ? cool, today for whatever reason it wasn?t busy, even better. I ordered a fry and a... sweet tea BUT the app wasn?t working for the fry. Not sure why. The lady outside taking orders pushed me through and was likelet them know the code isn?t working. The lady at the window asks me for the code, gave her the code and told me again it?s notworking. Then the manager comes over to the window and tells me the codes not working and I need to move along bc she hascustomers. I told her I?m a customer and it?s my turn in line - then Purses argue with me on how I need to move out the way. Whodoes this? I?m in line ?. The supervisor forgot to give me my order, after taking probably 10 mins to let me pay for my order (I ordered it from the... kiosk). Workers were walking around aimlessly as the dining room filled more and more with customers. Two stars because I wasable to pump for my baby at one of the dining tables. Read more
Beware of the thief named Lon, he is an Asian person who claims to be the manager of the store, he charged me $52.00 for 3... double quarter pounder combos, an extra fries, wich he said that the cost for the fries is $10.00 and that is why he wascharging me more money when I demanded my receipt. He refused and vulgarly told me that if I wanted I could wait 30 to 40minutes for my receipt in the parking lot this is really bad. Read more

I went to this McDonald today at around 10AM. I went inside to order coffee and they were having issues with a customer?s order... and had me wait in line for a long time, which is understandable. One of the male employees finally took my order. I asked for acup of coffee with sugar but no cream. He confirmed my order, asking how much sugar I want. I said two sugars. He poured coffeeinto the cup and handed it to me on the spot right away. He didn?t give me any sugar so I asked him ?did you put sugar inside??to which he replied yes. I got out and checked my coffee? which turned out to be mixed with cream and NO sugar. Either he liedto me or has dementia? I don?t understand how he does not remember if he put sugar in it or not when he gave me the coffee onthe spot and even confirmed that he put sugar inside. Only thing I could infer from this incidence is that he messed up mycoffee on purpose and lied to my face. Very poor customer service. Read more
