Very disappointed with the service provider at this location. There are 10 people waiting for their items. The gentleman states... he doesn't have large cups and won't have them for another 2 hours . And states " you can order something else" . This isDisrespectful. When I was ordering, the gentleman states " you have to give me 5 mins to take your order " which isunderstandable... If I could give negative stars, I would. This is the worst Dunkin in the US. The workers are extremely rude and lazy. They... almost never have what you order and claim they can?t refund you. They laugh about the mistakes they make and act like it?s ajoke when your order was wrong. They can barely even understand what you?re saying unless they are just acting like it tocontinue to not do any work. Several times I have shown up to see them in the corner laughing and looking at me when I?m waitingfor someone to clarify why my order is wrong or missing something. The manager is somehow never available. The only reason Ihave continued to go here is because it is within walking distance, but it?s not worth it any more. The amount of money I havewasted by ordering and them not having anything to give me when I show up could start a new Dunkin franchise. This place is theworst. -100/10 Read more
