The Domino?s pizza in Vienna provided excellent customer service. I had asked for uncut pizza, upon arrival, the pizza had been... sliced. Without any hesitation from the young man at the register, they were able to not only make new pizzas, but also did notcharge for the order. Much appreciated. I don't share others' experience. Brian (app shows who made it) made my pizza last time, and it was very fast, delicious, and... well made. He was polite and had it ready for me in no time. I'm a vegetarian, and generally eat healthy, so I rarely orderpizza, but in the past, for years, ordered frequently from here for my son. They were always punctual, and he never had issues.In fact, only once did they make a small mistake he didn't even complain or bother about, and they fixed it as soon as theyopened the box to double check, and saw it didn't match the description 100%. Which, again, he didn't even really care about orspecify. Of course, it's not a fine NY or Italian pizzeria. It's Domino's recipes as they should be. We get what we pay for.But for us, we felt that they always gave us plenty for our money in this store. Read more
Seriously, i am so disappointed. I used to order and eat from Domino's in McLean, but Mclean messed up my orders a couple time.... I reached out to customer service via emails but i haven't got any responses. So I started ordering from Vienna location. Iordered one thin pizza and marinara sausage pasta. Pizza came half cut like square and the other half like pie cut. I'm soconfused. What's worse is my pasta. They didn't cook properly. They didn't add cheese on top. The pasta was so dry andinedible.
