I almost never give negative reviews but this places deserves a zero star if possible. Went in with 2 kids and my wife on a... Monday evening. Place was completely empty. 2 employees were chatting in the back and didn?t even bother checking in the frontfor 10 mins if there were any customers. The guy scooping Icecream was almost doing it with his hands and his excuse was thatthey didn?t have the right scoops. It?s okay I didn?t mind and understood. But then an Uber eats driver came to pickup hisorder. He accidentally ran into the window thinking it was the door. These two kids visibly laughed in front of him. It was anaccident and he?s your customer, have some manners. No wonder the place was empty when all the other restaurants next door werefull. Reading other reviews here it is apparent that this is a result of poor management. I hate it when employees and managersruin it like this for the franchise. I hope they learn from this and improve. I love Coldstone but you cant advertise "order ahead of time and skip the line" when the order is never complete and ready for... pick up at the communicated time. Was told by the website my order would be ready by 7:50pm and wasnt ready until 15 or mins solater. I love Coldstone and it isnt the fault of the employees as this location is constantly busy and understaffed. This hashappened multiple times. Read more
As a former employee, all I can say is that the managers here treat the employees horribly. Not only were multiple rules broken,... but the managers had extremely unstable tempers when we were unable to complete tasks that we either did not have time to do, orwere not told/taught to do. My coworkers and I (15) sometimes had to close the store alone (labor laws say we are not allowed towork past 7, I have gone home past 10:30 on many occasions). Once I even explained that my parents were waiting outside forabout 30 minutes, and I was still not allowed to leave (past when my shift ended). Not only this, we would get literally yelledat (both in person and through the phone) when we weren't "fast enough", also on multiple occasions they would be unreasonablyupset at us through our group chat. The managers also failed to recognize that the majority of their workers are high schoolstudents, who do tend to have lives beyond working for Cold Stone. They would constantly get upset at us for not being able towork certain nights, and would schedule us for days we specifically said we were not able to work (and later threaten us aboutfiring when we explained we could not make it). Along with this, from my experience the inside of the store is extremelyunsanitary. Another bad experience I have, which has been reviewed about before, is when me and another employee (both of us hadbeen working less than a month and were 15) were required to close together, and the drain was flooding causing the floors to beflooded. The managers both were repeatedly calling us, telling us to "go faster" and that we were acting "unacceptable" when thetwo of us alone had to manage a Friday night filled with online orders, and even more customers in person. I just do not at allthink teenagers should be genuinely afraid of their manager yelling at them or firing them over simple mistakes which can befixed very easily, this place is poorly run. Read more

I don?t really go leave bad reviews but today was a unpleasant experience. Skip this location and head to Mosaic if you want... Cold Stone. I was served with someone mixing ice cream and mix-ins without cleaning the slab and grabbing the mix-ins with theirhand without using tongs or scoops like they should. Read more
