The directions are awful to get in this place unless you open maps. There are no obvious signs. To get to the drive thru - you... literalky have to go thru a parking garage. There is a huge line. I did a mobile order qhile in the drive thru line so my foodwould be ready at the first window. The staff that were taking orders in the garage were superb. What can you say about Chik-fil-a that hasn?t been said? Good food, fast service and it?s always my pleasure!
I've been here 3 times, and every time I went, they got my order wrong. No big deal, I get it happens. Then they proceed to fix... it, but mess it up in another way. At that point I just fix it myself and eat it anyway. Just go to the one in Tysons, it'sworth the extra 5 minute drive from this location, they are always on point. Read more
Lunch time, drive thru order, they delivered me a spoiled food (smelly sandwich and cold, dried nuggets), when reported to the... manager (he said he is the Director of this location), he said that he is very busy...no time to listen and immediately hang upon me. I am not blaming the brand itself, I like Chick-fil-A but I am very disappointed by the attitude of the so calledManager/Director, very unprofessional rude behavior. I was not expected this kind of behavior from a so called Director. Butmost of the people (they are very hard working good people) in this location are very good except this bad one.
