Great customer service and food. Sweet potatoes, cheese burgers and kale Caesar salad were great. I was waiting on our car... across the street from Basic Burgers and they told me my car was ready for me so I naturally placed a curbside pick-up order andit would be ready for pickup in 10-15 min. Long story short, my car was not ?ready? which delayed me picking up the food that Ihad ordered. I called them to apologize that I would be late in picking up my food and the reasonings. They said no problem! Afew min later, I received a call back from them stating that they would remake the burgers and fries once our car was ?ready?even though it was not their fault. Customer service here has exceeded my expectations as they didn?t need to remake my food forme. Highly recommend! Read more
Very run of the mill. nothing stands out except for the kiosks that you order from instead of a cashier which is a little... disappointing. The place seems pretty lifeless and lacks any kind of identity. Average burgers with average fries for an aboveaverage price. It's simple. Very basic. Fries where extremely stale when I picked it up. Chicken sandwich had good flavor but very dry. The... double bacon cheese burger was hefty and tasty. No complaints on it. Shake is smooth. Drinks easily and not watery. Would Irecommend? Not really. Would I return? There's other options in my opinion. Expect a better and more expensive McDonald. Fries is only acceptable, but burgers and fried chicken are delicious and juicy.

Had a burger craving on a Monday night (as one does), and stepped in on a whim. The space is very well designed: it?s in an old... industrial section of Tyson?s that?s popping up tons of fast casual food places, and the vibe was perfect. You order at a kiosk,which honestly I have mixed feelings about, because I think remembering that it?s not robots making my food, it?s in real lifehumans? but I have to say, the kiosk is nice because it walks you through the options the way only a robot can. And thanks toall the options popping up, I was able to add the crown jewel of burgers: a drippy egg. Wow. The food did not disappoint. Myburger was delicious, and everything on top of it was fresh and complimented it perfectly. The sweet potato fries were crispy onthe outside and so sweet and soft on the inside. The staff was super friendly and approachable, the environment was clean, andthere were even little holders for the trays to show you where to put them (aka not the trash). My husband said the hot chickenwas good, but could have been a little spicier for his taste. But honestly, 10/10, will definitely return. Read more
Just got to dine here on their Grand Opening today. I ordered a simple cheeseburger with their own sauce so I could only taste... the Moo in the burger. I got it we'll done and it had a char, and was juicy. One of the best burgers in the area. I got a sideof fries which are cut thin, and I opted for their seasoned fries, because fries are always better with a little kick to them.Good seasoning, and a nice crispy fry. Now, the fun part, going back to try their many other menu items and toppings! Read more
Food is basic no doubt. Was confused why so much sauce was on my burger but it was hot and fresh. Fries were the same. As for... the place could use some TLC crew should give it a nice wipe down soda machine for instance should be shining. I may come backbut I may not.
