Plain and simple if you don?t have the staff to run the store, then you should probably close for the day. When I came here 3... months ago, I had some issues with the donuts being wrong as in a blueberry donut with strawberry icing wrong but they were ableto take care of it with no problem. Today, I am waiting 30 plus minutes for sausage biscuits because they are frozen as theworker put it and ?have not started heating them up because they are understaffed.? So the question is do I come back and tryagain or do I skip this place and go somewhere else? Read more
This may be the worst Dunkin I?ve ever been to. They are always out of inventory. Have to change your order, give you large hot... cups when they?re out of the cold cups which robs you of roughly 8oz of your drink, their lines take forever, and they arealways understaffed. I would recommend s?mores or buying a coffee from a gas station. Seriously, it?s that bad. Read more
I love Duncan donuts but you really should update your hours online..I checked the closing time online before I left home and it... said 4:30 am to 9pm...I drove all the way from Cedar Crossing to Vidalia and got there at 7:30pm and was told at the drivethrough that they close at 7pm Read more
I thought this place was my favorite "go to" when in Vidalia, however,the last two times have been disappointing to say the... least.
