It?s like a hit and miss with this place every time I order it?s always something wrong and tonight I had it I order a 8 piece... boneless 4 Cajun and 4 lemon pepper I got 5 lemon pepper and bone in other time I order the lemon pepper and they give meParmesan ones smh get it together then to top it off the rose was the best thing there they they don?t even have them no moreand not only that but I don?t live close and the guy told me today that I can?t keep the food up until we can bring it back ifit?s wrong what was I post to eat tonight if I waited for a week smh ??????????? Would honestly give 0 stars if it was an option. They are always late with their order. I order ahead so by the time I get there... my food is ready. You get to this location and they make you wait an extra 30 mins. Tried getting a refund and they always seemto have an excuse of why they can?t do it at the moment and you need to come the next day because their tablet isn?t working atthat moment. Needs new management or more training they are not on top of their things. Read more
Came to Wingstop since I was craving it after not having it after a couple of years. I ordered two meals and a large fry on the... side. I was told my wait time was 15-20 minutes but I ended up waiting 30+ minutes if we hadn't said anything. The cashier askedto see my receipt and as I gave it to her she turned around to tend to another customer that had just gotten there instead ofhelping me. Had to threaten a refund in order for us to get our food. The fries tasted overcooked but the wings were good savingme from giving this place 1 star. Read more
Spent 63$ asked for extra ranch the rude lady at the front wanted to charge us 3.99, then we drove all the way back to work and... they forgot 20 wings, there was no line not busy at all. Check your order here. Super cheap we bought 40 wings with fries,carrots and celery and they gave us 3 small ranches then wanted to charge us 1.33 plus tax for each ranch. We're done with wingstop. If the lady was even slight nice we would of been fine but she was rude and unpleasant. So we go 20 cold wings, burnedthrough our lunch and about 10$ in gas. Everything was incorrect, nothing was even warm, I like my wings HOT. I asked for 'wet wings. Not only did they not wet them,... they were drier than usual, Original Hot should have a little sauce normaly.. this time nothing, dry. The fries were actuallycold, it was the stuff at the bottom of the fryer that was soaked in grease, dark brown from cook ing too long. All overcooked.Asked for extra fry seasoning. Had almost none. I usually order on the app for later delivery. So far I really like the hickory bbq and seasoned fries. Also the chocolate... dessert. So far so good. Even though there is a wind place closer to me Wingstop is my spot! Read more
