Horrible customer service, no extra salsa they say only 1 package per bowl. Since when they start doing that? Every time I go... there they keep putting less and less food in the bowls. Read more

Hilariously bad service. I ordered over an hour ago and I get the feeling they have lost track of order. Everything takes... forever, ordering, getting food, etc. I'm currently watching customers complain that they had been waiting 10 minutes prior tobeing told Waba was no longer accepting orders. The service is mediocre, they dont offer you anything else, such as avocado or drinks. The manager needs to pay more attention... on how the young kids he has working, are working and there's not enough employees working. I attempted to call the restaurant but there was no answer aftermultiple attempts. Driver told the delivery service call center rep that there was only one person working at the local WaBaGrill and that they looked overwhelmed. This was a horrible experience as I spent quite a bit of time on the phone frustratedand frustrated my family who was waiting for me to eat. Read more
