I decided to treat the family for dinner, to start with I was waiting in drive thru for 36 minutes. Once I got the food I ate... one nugget and it taste like fish. The actually chicken thighs were so old that the crumbled like as if they were cooked in themorning. The drumstick looked like a bite taken out or just abused chicken. Not only did the nuggets taste like fish but so didthe chicken pieces. This was a waste of money and time, mind you I didn't feed this chicken to my kids because of the fact Idon't want them to get sick. 11-1-2022 7:23pm was the time and by the way I tried calling three times before leaving thisreview. Very disappointing that Popeyes holds a great taste and with the sense of bad management or shift leaders that peopleget served such bad food. The service is unprofessional. Family got food poisoning . The rotten red beans and rice smelt disgusting. We had no clue the... chicken was old and dried up as well till reaching home. I managed a Popeyes for 3 years so I know what a Popeyes inspection form looks like and this place is literally a fail. From the... moment you walk in your not greeted at the door and the place is filthy. Not its busy and no one can get to it dirty but it'sslow and I can just see people standing around not cleaning. 3d failed trip. We came looking for 3 8 piece dark meat. It's early still but they are out of dark meat? Once maybe, twice humm... but three times.. no I'm not buying it.. This place always runs out of products. They sell you these small pieces of chicken that are gone in two bites. As a OTR truck... driver who has eaten popryes all over the nation this one has to be the worst and its in my home town. I asked for red beans andrice they gave me rice with a side of a few red beans in the mix. I do not enjoy this location at all. The drive thru line is always really long! I have worked in the fried chicken industry... before and I understand it can get hectic and busy but the customer service could use some work. There was nobody at the counter but all employees were too consumed with drive thru to see that I was standing there. I almost... ordered from the app because it seemed it might be quicker. There was only enough spicy chicken for the orders that were beforeme so they didn't have enough for me. I still ended up waiting about 15 minutes for my to-go order. The food was only mediocre.The doors were locked at 7pm which seemed odd to me. Read more
