Overall, this McDonald's is a 4 out of five stars on the Ronald scale. The food is hot and the orders are accurate. The staff... are nice, and they take a lot of abuse from the customers. However, the atmosphere isn't pleasant. The store isn't as clean asit should be. One note: this McDonald's was giving out a Happy Meal toy to an obvious friend of the staff in a color they saidthey didn't have. It caused a big problem in the store among the customers, but favortism is a part of our society. Read more
There were some problems, but it may have been due to the Halloween bucket kid's meals coming out that day. Parents and kids... were going crazy, trying to collect all the different colors. Don't know if they were trying to get the different faces too(three colors, three faces). Read more
Best 2 McDonald's are in Needles CA and Fort Mohave AZ. I won't be going back to the Victorville CA store. Workers were rude.... Nicest thing they did was provide the restroom code. Their store was also way too hot. Read more
I'm done with this Mc Donald's, I recommend if you go through the drive thru, check your order before you drive away. Not once.... Not twice but 6 times they got my order wrong. Hearing sorry from the manager is getting old. Come on McDonald's get it together Read more

EVERY EFFING TIME WE GO THRU THE DRIVE-THRU THE ORDER IS WRONG....EVERY TIME!!!!!why we keep going here is beyond me.....its... close to the house I guess. No matter what, our order is wrong every time. It's a running joke with us to see what we get thistime. Always check your order, always. Never, never.ever order mcnuggets from this location...always stale and NEVER fresh.Please hire an adult or two to babysit your workers, you need some quality control. Read more
The worse McDonalds ever ...all my food was wrong that I order in drive thru ,went in to talk to manager ...service was rude and... plus they charge me for the food that was wrong and not even one person said sorry or anything! The manager herself was theworst to deal with so it goes to show where her associates get their customer service. No One greeted once walked in,other places do.. and once in line to order employees especially the manager on duty just looked... and again Not one work of"Can I Help You" had to go to the kiosk and after ordering you had to pay at the register where anemployee helped finally..
