Never really had an issue until September 2 when I went in and ordered. I got a pepperoni pizza instead of a extra most bestest... cheese. The lady who took my information said ?no worries" you have a free one on us. Tonight I called to redeem it and wouldn'tyou know they had no recollection of it!! Do a better job at giving people the correct order and keeping your word for theinconvenience you caused. That pizza was for a vegetarian who didn't get to enjoy dinner with the rest of us. Read more
Negative stars if I could. Place the order through the app. 30 mins later I go get it and order is no where to be seen. Have to... wait another 10 to 15 minutes for them to make it. They always give me, my order wrong, is either missing an ingredient or the cheese is on the box, Not on the actual pizza, the... crust most of the Time is uneven, or Dough is some what raw. Tried going few times on Different days, because is the closestto me, and I'm always tired from work ,if they don't like what they are doing they need to switch jobs or hire people thatreally care about their customers ,Or Maybe since its starts from the Top,Owner should pay them better, And They may Improve,it's a Chain of command, 1 hour wait just horrible. I ordered a pepperoni cheese bread well done because I like mine crispy. I go open up the box it looks like they give me a... regular deep dish pizza cut into four pieces without sauce. I go in and ask what's this? this doesn't look like pepperoni cheesebread and they're like it's only two more cuts. two of the what look like managers had an attitude problem acting like I wasbothering them and then when I leave the pepperoni cheese bread taste like plain dough with pepperoni none of the buttery saucethat they normally put on the pepperoni cheese bread and it tasted disgusting and it wasn't even well done like I asked. rudestbunch of employees at this location. attitude because I wanted it cut into strips. no other Little Caesars Pizza has given mepepperoni cheese bread cut into four pieces like it's a deep dish and they didn't even make it right.
