It took them a while to even greet us. The poor guy on the drive thru was just learning and the other two persons in the back... just stared at us so weird. Any ways we got a dozen glazed and didn't really have the chocolate icecream ones. That's exactlywhy we had gone in. But my son decided to try the orange cream smoothie and the guys from the drive-thru had to make it had noidea how to do it the girl from the back and said which milk he had to use seemed like she know and didn't bother to show him.We ordered a regular we received a small. And it just tasted like milk nothing else had no color like the picture on the menu.It also had chuncks of ice in it and was hard to drink out of it.. they need to train the employees better to at leastacknowledge the customers and know what to so. Waited inside lobby 10 minutes no service. Was told once when I walked in they would be with in a minute. After that just stood... around and wiped something down, one walked to the back laughed loudly then walked to the door again laughed then left. I walkedout. Saw 4 cars in drive through one backed out and left. Terrible service, seems like the hire the lazy people to work. Sadbecause the donuts are not cheap at all. Pretty disappointing to call and be told everything I wanted was available but when I picked it up, the order was missing a few... items. I got the Halloween dozen (so the cauldron, the witches broom, the cat, and the orange sprinkles) and the $1 scary dozenwhich are 11 glazed and 1 orange sprinkle. As you can see from the photo, the Halloween dozen is incorrect and I didn?t take apicture of the ?scary? dozen because I figured the employee made a mistake (it was all glazed, not a big deal) but when I calledto ask if the Halloween dozen was available, they should?ve told me THEN that the cat donut was going to be missing. Even AGAINat the drive thru was another opportunity missed. Pretty irritating as it?s a long drive to get them and I only go when theyhave specials like the Halloween dozen. Ahhhhhh! The amazing Krispy Kreme! Who can resist em?! I'm not even the biggest donut fan and their glazed donuts are the... best glazed donuts, EVER! The way they just melt in your mouth!!! If you have some leftover from a day or 2 prior, just popthem in the microwave for a few seconds to give them a refresh. I remember wishing we had a store up here in the HD and nowwe've been spoiled awhile. I also love that the store is always spotless! Thanks Krispy Kreme! Read more
