Not the best customer service. The soda was coming out super sweet like syrup. I informed them, and they said it was because the... machine was making ice. I gave it awhile and it still did the same. I dumped our drinks out twice and got dirty looks from theworkers. I informed them again, but they didn't even offer to to fill our drinks from the back. I told them we were done eatingand didn't get drinks because the machine was still making ice! Read more
Horrible customer service, ordered a pollo bowl and a grande aguacado chicken bowl, the chicken in both of them was as if it was... the checken that was left over after cleaning the grill, shredded, an amount much less then what you can grab with the tips ofyour fingers. Went back to ask for the regular chicken cubes that originally come with both bowls and was told that was the "newway" when even in the picture of display the chicken is in cubes! When she gave my bowls back it was with an attitude and stillextremely small amounts of chicken! First and last time we will come here. Not recommend at ALL! Went today, Oct 14, 2020 after leaving Wal-Mart. My neighbor was with me. I ordered chicken nachos- amazing and she had the... tacos. It was the $5 grill combo with a small drink. Great deal and I recommend it!! Read more
This is the first time I have ever been disappointed with my order. I ordered a Pollo bowl there was more rice than anything the... rice was overcooked barely any chicken or salsa or garnish. Exactly why I don't like going through the drive-thru. so I took thetop portion off my bowl and put it in a bowl of my own and discarded the rest...! This pollo loco is the worst. Flour tortillas r always hard chicken is always dry n to top it off the rice is old n hard not... eatable at all. I go to buy the full meal get home n find out the rice is trash call it in n the manager tells me that she?llreplace it next time I?m in the restaurant.
