If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a pizza for delivery 2 hours ago and nothing! I called after the first hour and... was told it would be 30 mins by Romeo and that he would give me a free pizza?. After the next half hour I called again andwaited another 10 mins before speaking to Angel who was supposed to be the manager, she said I couldn?t get my money back andstill get the food even though it was 2 hours later. I said it?s going to be cold when I get it she said no, we?re just made itbut it would be another half hour before I get it? so it?s going to be cold. Then I called back to see if I could just come getit since they are short on delivery drivers. Esteban answered and said ?what?s your problem?? ???? Then told me no I can?t pickit up cause the dining room is closed.I called again at 1245 because ?.. still no food. I was on hold till 1259 (they close at1) someone, a female answered and hung up. Now they are closed, no food and no refund and no call from them to even let me knowwhat happened. Don?t trust the Dominos pizza tracker app for this store. I ordered my food and they sent me an alert it was ready after 5... minutes. I go and they say it?s not ready but in a few minutes. I wait there for over 20 minutes and when I asked them about mypasta they looked around for it and said it?d be another 20 minutes. They immediately went to the back and I saw them place itin the oven. I told them I wanted a refund and left. I don?t know if they get a higher score if they get their orders outfaster but it?s an inconvenience for the customer to be fooled into thinking the order is ready.
