My favorite pizza so glad they got there act back together. Even the customer service improved .
If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a pizza for delivery 2 hours ago and nothing! I called after the first hour and... was told it would be 30 mins by Romeo and that he would give me a free pizza?. After the next half hour I called again andwaited another 10 mins before speaking to Angel who was supposed to be the manager, she said I couldn?t get my money back andstill get the food even though it was 2 hours later. I said it?s going to be cold when I get it she said no, we?re just made itbut it would be another half hour before I get it? so it?s going to be cold. Then I called back to see if I could just come getit since they are short on delivery drivers. Esteban answered and said ?what?s your problem?? ???? Then told me no I can?t pickit up cause the dining room is closed.I called again at 1245 because ?.. still no food. I was on hold till 1259 (they close at1) someone, a female answered and hung up. Now they are closed, no food and no refund and no call from them to even let me knowwhat happened. But they did offer me a free medium pizza the first time I called! ???????? why would I EVER order a damn thingfrom this place! Read more
