I went to order online a family meal for my family and on the website there was an option to receive five dollars off when you... opt in to receive text messages. We drove about 10 minutes to pick up the order, got there and the staff told my husband theyrefunded the money and cancelled the order due to the owner ?opting out? of any promotions or discounts because he wants thecustomers to pay full price.. They claimed they called which they didn?t, I didn?t even get an email and when I checked thetracker it said my order was ready for pick up. Not an issue if the offer wouldn?t have popped up but to not communicate isreally unprofessional and annoying at the least. Read more

Do not order uber eats from this place. They have all of the combos priced at over $100. For 1 brisket sandwich. Its priced at... $17 then when you go to choose the way you want the meat cut.... Stopped by on my lunch today, and their employee Drew helped me out. He was the only employee staffed for the day and still kept... an extremely polite and professional demeanor while helping everyone in a timely manner in what i could see was a clearlystressful situation.
