Pretty good service and food but for delivery pickups they are a little slow. You have to wait too long.
I gave them another chance, and they got my order wrong again. Apparently they can't distinguish between different types of... chicken sandwiches on their combo menu, so when ordering the bacon Swiss combo they gave me the normal one and just charged theextra cost. Called to try and get it fixed, they said I'd have to bring it back in (which was impossible since the front wasn'topen!) Otherwise, quality of food was good. Just awful service. Read more
Took to long food was mediocre and expensive. I have no problem paying for quality. On top of it no ranch . Staff was nice .
I end up having to come here every once in a while due to a lack of options. The burgers are watery, they refuse to give you... ranch, you have to order nuggest and even then they will tell you no half the time. The food isn't actually hot when you get itunless you ask for fresh fries and then they will not out any salt on them. I asked if they did military discount once becausethey had "support out vets" stars on the window. The cashier said yes but not on combos, I let her know I didn't order one, andshe then said "oh well then we don't do it after 8" I couldn't get her to even specify 8am or 8pm. Not a good experience. I was charged $35.39 for my food but the manager refused to give me my food. They said since a receipt... didn?t print out, that means the card declined. I pulled up my bank account that shows the charge, and they still refused. I hadto have a deputy come out to confirm that I paid and they still refused to give me the food. Luckily the deputy wrote anincident report that verified proof of purchase by me providing my bank statement. These workers were so unprofessional.Escalating this to corporate. Update: Bank confirmed calrs jr charged me for the purchase, opened a claim with them today. Read more
Assistant Manager Jennifer took our order. She seemed like she didn't want to be at work. However she did try to smile, and be... nice. With the food, fries tasted old. The burger was good. The spicy chicken sandwich I had was okay. The patty was very hotand fresh. However, the buns (being toasted) were hard. Like toasting a old tried bun. Half was hard to bite and the other halfwas okay. Overall, I give a 2 and understand why there was not much traffic in here. Even while being on a busy area. Read more
Ordered Big Carl Combo (Med). The pic shows the limp, single piece of lettuce. Fries were soggy and cold. $13 for this? Really... not worth the price. Burger tasted like the meat was freezer burned. I can?t believe they charge their prices and serve this lowlevel of quality with a straight face. Read more
No one was taking orders, so I stood for 20 minutes and left. It wasn't just a bar while waiting, but no one cared. I think it's... racism. Others take orders and seem to discriminate against Asians. Read more
