Great taste, clean restaurant , polite staff. Awesome Experience!!!

Today 22 September was my last internet order to say at least. I am still in shock with they way Salvatore at Victoriaville... treats their clients. I was a loyal customer, ordering every week for the average amount of 40$ and sometimes ordering eventwice a week. Last week I've paid 5,56$ for 4 additional sauces that I never received. Actually, even the single standard saucethat comes with the pizza was also missing. So, no sauce at all. I've talked to the deliver girl and she told me to callSalvatore because she did not have It and she couldn't do anything about It. I did call Salvatore the same day and they told methat I would be reimbursed on next order and that discount has been written down on my file. Today I needed to call them to domy order instead because I really wanted to have what I paid for. I couldn't believe on what I was hearing, basically this womensaid that they don't have any information on my file and that she couldn't do anything about It. So, do not order online andalways check your order before paying It! If you do not like It, just do not accept It. That's my advice :) Peace! Read more

Decided to get pizza at our hotel after a long day of travel. This place had the most amazing pizza. They loaded up the toppings... & cheese. We'll be back for sure, especially to try one of their poutines. Read more
