I?ve never eaten at a Taco Bueno in my life. This was the first time and it was good! So it does seem to be pricier than Taco... Bell. I guess depending on what you get. I ordered the Chicken chilada platter with a large drink and paid $10.30. The sauceon the chicken enchiladas is really tasty. And the rice and beans are good as well. You also get a small side of chips andgreen and white sauce which are also good. Good portion size for the cost I finished everything. Restaurant was clean and theassociates were polite. I dined in, so I don?t know how drive-thru is. My only gripe is you can?t buy plain tortillas bythemselves like at Taco Cabana I really love homemade, fresh tortillas. Anyway give this place a go! Let's talk the Salsa bar, it's like being on a Carnival Cruise, or a day at the Golden Corral. But at least I know I'm going on... a floating Wal-Mart, or around people who know we are going to get sick at the Golden sign in the sky to eat ourselves intoGlutany. Tried the beef taco salad, bean and cheese burrito, and a couple of chicken items. Went with some friends who liked it ok, but... they got everything on theirs wrong. All but the plain bean and cheese were horrible. Seasoning doesn?t mean adding an entiresalt lick. Even my husband didn?t finish and we all had stomach issues from what little we managed to consume. Also would haveliked a warning that the chicken was spicy. Too spicy (& way too salty) for my son to eat. Waste of money. We have a millionother places that know how to do tacos that take less time and have better flavor and quality. Read more
Got my order wrong after stating multiple times that I wanted a 10pack of "soft" tacos half chicken half beef. I even asked the... the very rude server at the window of she had everything correct and she said yes and low n behold I get all the way back homeand it's all "hard" tacos with stale shells... Never again. Read more
Fresh everything, great food & friendly service.
Taco Bueno was a favorite when I was in college. Same great taste, but I guess being a new location has it's learning curve. My... order included taco meat and it was extremely salty. I'll give them another try and see if they improve. Read more
Grew up in the DFW area and always enjoyed Taco Bueno. So far this location has good service and food. Hope it holds.
Food was good way better than taco bell, but what made it better was Tyler's awesome customer service. I didn't get the other... guys name who was cleaning tables in the dining room, but he was awesome too. Everyone else needs to work on their customerservice skills and pay attention to their customers. But these two guys killed it with the customer service. Will definitely begoing back! Read more
