Is Easy ice really that hard? I understand auto pilot and forgetting, but when you go back and literally just bring me the exact... same soda with the same amount of ice and run away as fast as you can, it?s offensive to both of us. Really disappointing. Ifyou can?t handle customer service you shouldn?t be in the field, Erick. Customers aren?t stupid, we just don?t come to have anargument.
