It?s a bit pricey- but very yummy when you don?t really want ?fast food?. We?ve tried 4 of the sandwiches, 1 salad, 1 spud, the... nachos and the kids pizza. The service is fast, friendly staff and of course yummy food. Love this new spot ???? Read more

First time to ever eat at McAlister?s Deli and it was amazing! Ordered pecan berry salad and potato soup. The raspberry... vinaigrette dressing was great! We also had the chicken and dumplings?.And it was as good as homemade! Read more

Nice, French-country look inside. Staff were polite, but not the most accurate with your order. I have to give them time to... improve, having just opened.\n\nThe food was very good, however I will say the tortilla soup was like saltlick and nottraditional in its execution.\n\nThe potato soup and their Mcalisters Club Sandwich were excellent. This is my very first time eating at a Mcalisters! I think I have a new favorite place to eat.\n\nIt was fairly busy when I went... to eat and it was only around 2:30 pm. But this is still super new in Victoria so everyone is checking it out. Took me a whileto get my food but however there were lots of people there!\n\nThe food is really good! I got the sweet and smoky chickensandwich full size with a broccoli and cheese soup. Both tasted amazing the sandwich is my new favorite. The sauce is supertasty and the bread isn?t stiff or hard it?s soft and delicious. They give you a large sweet tea. The tea is sweet but notoverly so.\n\nI also got one of their brownies to go. They?re very good.\n\nOnly gripe is the cost. For my order I payed $20. But it tastes really good so I guess it?s worth it.\n\nDefinitely try this place it has a large menu to choose from and the foodis tasty. Read more

Had a great experience both dine in and ordering online. Staff was friendly and my food was out in about 5 minutes when I dined... in. When I ordered online it was ready in 15 minutes. The food was delicious. Will definitely be going there again. Read more

I placed an order online at 6:30 p.m., told me online it would be ready at 6:44 p.m., I arrived at 6:50 p.m. expecting my order... to be ready. First of all, there was no clear distinction on if there was a place to pick up online orders or not. Had to aska worker there where I pick up my online order, she proceeds to tell me that I will have to wait in line and go through a personat a register to pick it up. Why do I have to go through a cashier when I\'ve already paid for the order online?? Finally ataround 7 p.m., I\'m told my order is not even ready yet. I could not tell if there was actually a manager on duty or not, theredid not seem to be any one clear person that was in charge. Seemed like unorganized chaos behind the counter and in thekitchen. As I was about the tell a cashier to refund the money for my order, a worker calls out my name holding my order, thatwas at 7:16 p.m., more than 45 minutes after I had placed the order online.\n\nWord to the wise, don\'t waste your time placingan order online or on the app thinking you\'re saving time because you are not. You might as well just go stand in line or gothrough the drive thru to place your order, it will take about the same amount of time to receive your order.\n\nI\'ve been toseveral McAlister\'s in other cities and like their food and have always had great service before but this Victoria location ispoorly managed and totally unorganized, therefore I do not plan to ever do business there again. Placed an online order for pickup around lunch time. Online told me order would be ready by 12:55pm and waited in line for order... till 1:30pm for them to finally hand me the order.\nService just seems incredibly slow right now due to the fact of it being anew business being rushed cause everyone wants to eat there. Maybe in the future when the crowd dies down wait time for yourfood will be better.\nFood was okay, but definitely better deli fast food restaurants in town to get food from. Read more
