When my in-laws were visiting from Indiana, we took all four of my children here after the park one day. When we arrived, there... was only one woman working behind the counter. Bless her heart, she was going as fast as she could. While she was makingeveryone's orders, she was interacting with the customers AND greeting everyone that walked in. She could've been a poster childfor how to serve customers. It took us a bit to get through the line, but when we did, the ice cream was amazing as always. Gladwe have this place in Victoria! Didn?t get past the stench. Couldn?t fathom being able to enjoy eating anything there. Dirty mop bucket smell. ????
I guess the workforce shortage is affecting everyone, but bottom line.... you can't hire kids to manage kids! we walked in and... the smell was horrific!! I don't know if it was sour mop, or something one of these kids was cooking in the back, but it wasabsolutely terrible! they were almost completely out of waffle cone (which, for an ice cream shop, is completelyunacceptable!!), my wife's ice cream and mine had ice crystals in it and tasted like freezer burn, and the child working behindthe counter was completely unapologetic like she couldn't care less.... this place has gone way downhill, and I wouldn't go backif they offered it free of charge...... Service is good. Ice cream portions are horrible now. My daughter got a cone, we had to pay for 2 scoops and still the ice cream... was well below the top of the cone. My milk shake was just that, a "milk" shake, very runny, very little ice cream. Not good forservice. Read more
The ice cream is good and the employees are nice and courteous. Sometimes the ice cream looks really soft and melted (usually... when they combine tubs) and we skip out on those flavors when that happens. Besides that, the interior really needs some work.Badly. Ducktape holding things together. Mysterious stains (looks like mold) on the wall... it definitely takes away the feelingof treating yourself when the place is falling apart. If they could fix that, they'd earn 5 stars all day every day. Read more
Went in here to get some ice cream first time trying it. Super good ice cream and the girl at the counter was super sweet! She... said it was her second week but she had wonderful customer service skills! Will definitely be back again!! Read more

I love Marble Slab, but sadly this location was not it. When walking in, there wasn?t a pleasant smell inside. After creating... our ice cream, it was all melted when they put it in a cup.. my son had a cone & that was a big mess. Ice cream night was afail.. /: Read more
