I remember my parents taking me to Long John silver's. It's a nostalgic sweet place. Prices are reasonable today I had lunch... there piece of fish hush puppies french fries and a drink for $5 can't beat that. And the food is good. Went at lunch to Portland TX KFC/Long John Silvers. Ordered almost $40 worth of food. Went to pay with $100 and was rudely... told they didn't have change. The place was packed. I seriously doubt that they would not have change. Read more

Some gigantic women took everyone's order but ours. Was extremely rude. Would give us looks while ignoring us. Stood there for a... good 15 minutes while she preceded to act like we weren't there. Read more
Horrible waited in line for 25 mins which only one car was ahead of us only to get home and only have a few fries in the box... over a 40.00 order. The drinks were watered down and they did not offer any condiments. Horrible Horrible service. This was invictoria tx. Read more
Back in 1977 I helped open this particular LJS and was one of the first employees hired. I've been gone for many years and... returned to visit family. The interior of the restaurant has changed a lot with the cook being behind the scenes in an enclosedkitchen and there is more seating than in the original layout. We use to cook up in front of the restaurant's customers. Timeschange but LJS food is still tasty. Service was friendly and efficient. LJS would do well if they opened a couple of restaurantsin Utah. It's difficult to find fried fish restaurants in that state. Apparently the LJS in Victoria Tx is doing something rightto remain open for 45 years and counting. Good job! ???????? Read more
