Tried the Pork Tenderloin meal last night and was less than impressed. The vegetables were all under cooked and portion size... was insufficient for 2 people. The starch was a mixture of fingerling potatoes and baby red potatoes. The fingerling potatoeswere properly cooked but the red potatoes were under cooked. The tenderloin was quite tasteless even after drizzling the sauceon it. Not likely to try another meal. Disappointed! Read more

Got the Thanksgiving dinner, the food was ok but there just wasn't as much as pictured

Excellent food and a very helpful and supportive owner! One concern is the amount of plastic for the sous-vide, but I'm sure... they are working on that. Read more
