Not very happy with Villages pizza tonight. I have not ordered from them in a while and they say they are open till 10PM. They... closed at 9 on a Friday night. This was the Colwood store and I went through the process of ordering from the View Royallocation to have them call me and tell me I am out of their area of 5km. I would guess Villages Pizza is not interested in myfuture business. I would give them zero stars but there is no option for that. Boston pizza here I come Read more
Edit: Someone got back to me way faster than I expected after the first call, the next day the owner called and started looking... into it right away. The refund went through today, turns out it was just an issue between the two banks and the holiday totallynot on Villages and they were amazing about communication after the initial interaction. Original: I?ve ordered here before andthe pizza is pretty good but I put in an order back on December 20th a little late in the evening and was called and told myorder couldn?t be completed because there was a high demand and they didn?t have enough delivery drivers to get it to me. I wasokay with that because they called pretty soon after and I had time to make other plans for dinner. It?s been over a week andthe charge was still on my account the charge wasn?t cancelled when it was still pending. I called and the person who answeredhad no idea how to fix it and all they could offer was to take my name and said I would get a call in a few days. Read more
I've been ordering pizzas from Villages for a few years now. Total conversion from Domino's. Villages ingredients are great and... they have a wide selection. Obviously I've had a bad pizza before and they aren't perfect but they just people making pizzas.Delivery times have always been reasonable. Since some of their pizzas have many ingredients and can be thicker, I always askfor 'well-done'. I think it tastes much better. Try it. I'm gonna order a pizza now. Their website on mobile is god awefulthough for viewing the menu. Can only see one pizza at a time. Read more

Got upsized from mediums to larges for free, loaded with cheese and toppings, delivered on time. Delicious, can't be beat.... Hawaiian with bacon bottom two, chicken bacon ranch on top. Read more
