Worst Tim Horton's ever!! They have a bunch of millennials working that don't know what hard work is or how to treat a customer... with respect......the whole line inside left because they weren't serving anyone inside. But didn't even acknowledgeanyone.....just kept ignoring the whole line. The only person actually working in there was the older woman. Clearly she haswork ethics. Bloody millennials. Clean and convenient. Note the staff at our time of visit was more oriented on the extensive drive through traffic and took... some time to acknowledge our presence at the counter Coffee good and always great Timbits though not enamoured with the "BieberBits". Read more
Only ever have issues at this location. I know it's the newer of the Tim Hortons restaurants in the area but the service is... really slow and the last time I placed mobile order their staff completely neglected it. I eventually got my order but thecoffee was wrong. By the time I noticed I was already running late. I try to give places multiple chances but honestly I thinkI'll just avoid this location moving forward. Hopefully they improve and are better for others. Read more
Each time I have ordered a food item from this location there is always fuzz, fluffy hair on it. I am guessing that whatever... kind of cleaning rag or cloth they use to wipe their cutting boards or preparation service area is rubbing off onto thesurfaces. Then they prepare the food on that surface and it?s left with the cloth or rag bits stuck to it. This has happenedthree times now so I want to inform the location to check this out. Other than this I have always had a good experience here andthe employees are nice. Someone else stated below in the reviews that their sandwich was also fuzzy. It was disappointing as Ithrew away my bagels each time. I should have gone back to say something but didn?t have time . Read more
Out of three thrips there they have managed to mess it up or make it badly 2 of the three times. The picture included is... supposed to be a latte? with oat milk? not a coffee. What I got was a sugarless coffee with a splash of milk. Why advertisesomething if you can?t make it or act as though it is an inconvenience to you. Read more
