horrible service. the staff do not speak propor English. when ordered a BLT they gave me a BELT which I didn't ask for. then... when asked for it to be fixed I was denied so I asked for my money back. they denied me my money back and then security comesand tells me I'm banned for life for getting upset that Im basicly being robbed because I didn't get the order I payed for northe money back for what I did not get. the staff at this location are rude and don?t know how to run their own store. I paid the first portion of my order on a gift... card, and the remaining amount that i owed on my debit. The transaction was approved however, they said i still owed them money.I showed them how my transaction went through on my debit yet they still demanded me to pay the extra amount. Even though iasked why i was paying extra they clearly didn?t understand how to work the till and made me pay more! After 10 minutes and mecountless my showing them how i had now made two transactions and paid beyond what i originally should?ve, they returned theremaining amount to me in change. The mix up with the till doesn?t bother me as much as their poor and uncooperative customerservice attitudes did, there was no need to get mad at a customer when it was clearly their mistake. Staff is nice. Doesnt take Tim's rewards, or my gift card on the app as a result. They don't have a "scanner" for that? Really... Tim's you cant set this up? Read more
The food is good and the staff is generally pleasant, HOWEVER the manager Carolyn, has demonstrated the worst customer service I... have ever seen at a Tim hortons. Despite being a frequent customer ( I go there almost everyday) she has shown me nothing butdisrespect. She is repeatedly rude and short tempered, has clapped in my face and has accused me of not having the money to payfor my order (which I always have), the list goes on and on. I wish her employees the best and hope that someday the goodpatrons of this establishment are able to enjoy a coffee in peace. Would give zero stars if the rest of the staff weren?t sonice. Read more
Ordered one dark roast small coffee with one cream and one sugar for someone who cannot drink more than a small size coffee. Got... one medium dark roast instead. It seemed difficult for four people working there to get the orders right. I knew someone thatworked as a cashier at a fast food at Mayfair sometime ago who had to serve 20-25 orders for half an hour or more. One cashierand two cooks dealing over a hundred customers. Ordered a large vanilla ice coffee was given a small then they remake it but what they gave me was not a vanilla ice coffee.... Saw them make it and it was over half white crap with a little bit of coffee stired in it and no vanilla. Pretty much tastedlike watered down hot coffee and whatever that white stuff was. Hate to whine considering the workers are under payed and fromwhat I hear Tim Hortons will soon be taking even more from its employees which is just sad. But even with that said thislocation is very bad. Read more
