Small parking lot that is usually full or close to it every time I have been here. There have been a few occasions where there... is only one person behind the counter with a massive line. I feel bad for them, they really work hard to get the orders out andsome people can't take pity on them and still act as though they can't be compassionate to the situation at hand. These are thetimes we live in now, most places are short staffed and it will affect people in different ways, some people can't wait andleft. Not my usual Timmies but on par for what is expected. Food is done problerly, orders are accurate and staff is kind and... polite. One minor issue is you may wish to avoid this one if you are driving a larger vehicle because it is a small parking lotand at peak times it can get difficult to maneuver in and out. Read more
I don't think I've ever gotten an order that I was actually happy with. I work down the road and it's more convenient for me to... use this Tim's. But today I got an egg that was green and brown and you could smell it from across the room. I don't know oftheir employees are colour blind but that egg was probably 5-6 days old after it was cooked. Soup and sandwich lady has terrible customer service, doesn't care if your order is right or not, called in to say they messes... up my wrap and didn't even offer me a new one, if you want decent food from Tim Hortons DONT go to this one. Read more
The staff are very very nice, in Canada day, I didn?t know the store doesn?t open until 8 am as it is holiday, so I ordered... online for pick up. When I arrived, I realized it. The staff said she will still make me one, which melt my heart, sosweet! Therefore, I will be more aware of what time they open in the future. But overall, very nice! Read more
