I went to store for coffee December 5 2022 1.27 am. I bought one small and one large coffee and asked cashier Philippine girl... how much is it she was rude and tell me look on screen. front of my side screen was non removable Charity Box. I request herand told her front of screen is box I can not see total. She was still rude, she Still didn't tell me price and tell me she cannot do nothing about this box. Third time I request her please I am not asking you move this box tell me how much is it so I canpay you. Rude again. Finally after third request she give me total with Unacceptable attitude. She need lots training. She needto learn how to respect tim hortons costumers. I will never go to this location again. Read more

This place is so cheap with there spread of cream cheese on their bagels, even if you pay the $1 for extra all you get is bread!... You are better off spending your money elsewhere. Used to be a good place not anymore. Read more

Unfortunately this location has broken down in their systems. They are no longer able to accommodate dine in and drive thru. We... were not served for 15 minutes. No one was. They were so overwhelmed that no one managed the tills. I guess they are extremelyunderstaffed. I feel bad as they are over worked and underpaid. The drive thru is so clogged that people cannot get in or out ofthe parking lot. Their sign about not blocking the road is ignored and has no consequences. AVOID THIS LOCATION! Read more

I'm not usually one to post negative reviews but...I come here every couple months when I'm desperate. Every single time for the... past year or two I've been disappointed by the quality of drinks served. I could probably drink their dirty dishpit water andnot notice the difference from this hot chocolate. It certainly tastes like it. It literally tastes like dishwater. The onlydependable thing you should order from here is the things they don't have to be involved in the creation of. Timbits. Doughnuts.Don't bother with a coffee. I don't know why it is like this, but the high turnover rate says something about their management. They need someone to come in and rehaul this Tim's. It's a well placed shop and people consistently are coming through, theydeserve more than a watery coffee and disappointment Read more

My husband and I have been coming here on the regular for the past year or two. I don't know what happened but in the past year... or so the quality of service and food/drink has dropped dramatically. A lot of the more recent staff don't seem to be gettingproper training? - we order pretty much the same thing every time we go there and every time our orders are made differently, and usually very sloppy. I'll order a bagel B.E.L.T and sometimes it has no cheese, sometimes it's swimming in mayonnaise, orI'll order extra bacon and get less bacon??? Sometimes the iced coffee I order is about 95% milk and almost no coffee. Orsometimes I ask for less sugar in my iced coffee and get an iced coffee that's so sweet I have to ask to get it re-made. Everystaff member on the soup & sandwich station seems to have a different idea of how certain meals are made which to me seems likeeither they don't care or aren't being consistently taught each recipe. Don't know what's going on there. The place really hasturned into a lottery of whether or not you'll get what you actually ordered or not. Last night I ordered a crispy chickencraveable and am now dealing with food poisoning due to the chicken probably not being done enough or kept in proper food safetyconditions (I hadn't eaten anything else between eating that and getting food poisoning so I know it was that) On top of allthis, some of the staff have been kinda rude and/or apathetic towards customers. I had ordered an iced coffee with no sweetenerand the girl taking my order literally rolled her eyes at me. I've seen other customers get treated the same way by staff. Ialways try to be understanding and give them the benefit of the doubt but I think this place is a lost cause at this point. Soyeah, I wouldn't recommend going to this location sadly! Read more

I used to look forward to coming to this location after my morning workout at Mount Douglas. However, I have become pretty... aggravated by the staff's recent move to keep the dining room closed due to "staff shortages". This problem has been going onfor at least a month. 16 Jul 2022 - The dining room was open and I was able to sit down for once. I thought that whatever issuekept the dining room closed was fixed. 17 Jul 2022 - I roll in on my bike and try to walk into the dining room. However, Ican't because the dining room is closed....again....due to staff shortages. I saw 8 employees in the back lollygagging. All Iwant to do is sit down and have a coffee and muffin without any drama. Apparently that is too much to ask. Read more

I like the food BUT I am sick of their closing the dine in every day due to "staff shortage" in the afternoon. Why the... shortage? What they are paying the staff!! So, offer more per hour so they will work for Tim's rather than some other fast foodplace. The amount of business and therefore profit they are loosing would offset a higher wage and not create so much hanamosity with customers. Read more

It's good, but the team has some kinks to work out. Not labeling drinks as they come out lead to a divide in customer and staff... communication which is important during busy times. An electronic order display would be great, like what they have atMcDonald's, showing orders out, and orders waiting. Just my two cents, the team is probably super stressed with the chaos. Read more
