Although I'm very understanding of new staff that are training, this location is terrible. Once I stood there (because there is... no defined line) for over 10 minutes while staff stood there and swept the floor without acknowledging me. I finally asked if Icould order a muffin. Service was faster today but I received the wrong product. Really need to stop giving this location somany chances. Read more
20 minutes to make a "lime cilantro bowl" chicken salad, lettuce wasn't shredded, they left the cilantro and lime out entirely,... chicken was ok. The staff were milling about aimlessly, and the crier telling folks when their orders were ready was inaudiblein the mall environment. Read more
People are standing at both tills but only being served at one of them. No one is being acknowledged or assisted to line up... properly. There used to be rope to assist customers but that is gone for some reason. Read more
