Snug Pub is located inside the Oak Bay Beach Hotel. We stopped for a little dessert and cocktails after exploring Victoria. The... hotel itself is gorgeous, with picturesque views of the water and mountains. If you get there after ?busy? hours it?s easier towalk in and snag a spot outside. The service was excellent! Ordered a creme brûlée to share, and a lemon drop and hottoddy. As the evening got cooler, they offered to turn the heat lamp on and brought out blankets. Next time, dinner. Read more

Had a really excellent experience at The Snug Pub. I didn?t have high expectations for this pub within the hotel but it honestly... delivered! I had the chicken and risotto main course. Chicken was tender, nicely seared. All the flavours were comforting andspot on. Service was friendly and genuine. The views are beautiful from the restaurant during the day but dark in the eveningso you can?t see the ocean at that point. Cocktails also exceeded expectations. Had a wonderful time! From the moment we entered the hotel, we experienced a warm welcome by all of the staff. Would recommend... going at noon and it starts to get busy after. Beautiful patio overlooking the water & pool. The bartender Ilker made ourexperience very special. Great place! We will be back! Read more
A bit pricey but the ambience and view are what makes it worthwhile. The $33 dollar plate of seafood spaghetti was at best a $15... dollar meal. Despite that I shall return soon. Read more
