Friendly service and had el cruncho was great.
I found a large wing from an insect in my taco salad. I am beyond disgusted and will never eat there again. I been eating there... for years but things have changed and the quality of food has degraded. Seems like it is under new management and cleanliness isnot up to standards. I will not go back and I am now afraid of going to any taco time because how did that end up in my food? Read more

Blandest and most American-tasting disappointment of a Mexican fast-food chain. I'm sort of amazed how bad that chicken burrito... was. And they're trying to pass taters as a flipping side, like I can't order off the kids menu. Honestly what even is thatterrible sauce you include... It's not salsa. Went to Taco Time with my husband, and witnessed an owner engaging in bad business by asking an employee to stand on a food prep... counter in her socks. This is both a violation of food safety standards and employee safety!!! Both contamination and the riskof slipping off the counter due to no traction are very real in this behavior! We need owners to care WAY MORE about health andsafety and less about the quick fix. He also refused to give the store number when I confronted him about my concerns thenproceeded to film me as I walked away to the guest services counter. Unacceptable!!!!!!!! Read more
I ordered the fish taco meal here and it was a sad attempt. It was basically a soft taco wrapped around 90% lettuce, a... sprinkling of hot sauce and a puny soggy previously frozen fish stick.
