My wife and I had a coupon-two 12 inch for the price of one. We both had the steak and cheese. They only put one scoop of meat... for each sub. It was like less than half the meat and vegetables that one would receive in a footlong. It was real sad looking.A real shame that they got rid of the yoga mats as well. Read more
It's nice place,nice staff, nice service, nice taste.
My dad and I did not have a good experience here..we had two coupons with us for a buy one get one for 99 cents on sandwiches... and the man that was serving us said I could not use both but my dad and I were going separate as the coupons are per person andwe are individual people with different orders. Not only did this employee not want to let us use the coupons, he was rude aboutit and just shook his head at us. It was quite disappointing as we have never had any issues here hence why we come to thislocation. Hillside mall subway staff are 100 times nicer and the employee that served us at hillside was shocked at how we weretreated. Read more
Had the worst experience there 3 sandwiches none of them made correctly the wrong chicken put on and heated it on the bread and... when my daughter said it was wrong they took off the bread and put it back on top of the cold chicken bin it had come frominstead of throwing it away!! My sandwich was missing the bacon ( on my chicken bacon ranch!) It was a terrible visit. Read more

Rude and dumb combo served instead of Cold cut combo.Most of the staffs have no clear idea how to explain how coupon works and... they only tell it after the sandwich is done. Feel bad for the trainee who made the sandwich for me coz poor dude is reallylearning from the wrong people.That was the only reason I didn't refuse it and I was also hungry and had no time to talk withthe dumb dudes training him.This rude , unfriendly dude is mentioned in other reviews too. Instead of telling what's availablewith the coupons, they just agree by not even looking at it. Everytime I take a coupon to Subway, they take it and explainsclearly what's available with it. Not here. They way they explained was also horrible even saying Turkey wasn't coldcut lateron . Not going this place even with coupons. Read more
