Has gone downhill. There were 3 working and yet the service was slow and poor customer service. I ordered a wrap and bacon was... burnt and crumbled. Wrap was very wet and dripping from sauce/watery veggies. It was also barely grilled. I order the same mealevery time I go to a subway and it's always a different price. I probably won't be getting subway for awhile and definitely notfrom this location. Read more

Always get great service and they are considerate in changing their gloves for a gluten free sandwich.
Best clerk I ever had at subway on West Saanich Rd was this young man, very professional...There were.three of us in our group... (we each ordered a footlong)and then a lone customer after us. The clerk appeared to be the only one on duty at the time but hemade our subs to perfection and then proceeded to serve the next customer without skipping a beat. Great service/customerservice.
