We visited mid-morning having just arrived in Victoria. There wasn't a full menu of snack items available but the setting was... one of the best examples of a Starbucks I have seen, with plenty of space, a good layout, and interesting properties to viewwhile relaxing with a coffee or two. Read more

Starbucks should make this a local flagship store. Although the company sells great products, they are prepared and lovingly... romanticized by staff like they have here. A team of fellow caffeine addicts tell you just how to lovingly and expertly deliverdoses of caffeine that make you alert, awake, better, and feel amazing. Don't mind the prices. All of Columbia's addictiveexports come with a price premium. Read more
Honestly if negative was an option I would give -5 stars. This Starbucks usually has good service but our experience today was... awful. The staff completely forgot to make our drinks and none of the drink were made correctly after 20 minutes of waiting. Iwas expecting to gas up my day with a nice dose of Starbucks but now I?ve begin to second guess my thoughts about ever going tothis location again. I order a java chip frap and it couldn?t look more like baby puke with chocolate flakes. Chloe made a messmaking the drinks too, the cups were all sticky and over filled and now I got a stain spot on my pants. Even the Queen would bedisappointed. Read more
Starbucks needs to start allowing people to put cream and sugar in their own coffee again. The stopped when Covid started. I... can't be the only one to want this. This morning I ordered an americano and the barista didn't ask if I wanted cream or sugar,so I asked for some when my drink was ready but the barista poured out 25% of my coffee and dumped in 5x more cream than I wouldever use. When I said it was too much she ignored me but another barista remade my drink and put in the smallest drop possibleand forgot the sugar. I was sick of trying to get them to make the drink the way I wanted, so I took my drink which tasted bad.I have almost completely stopped going to Starbucks and hope more people stop going too. It is pretty ridiculous that you arenot allowed to control how much cream goes in you coffee and they don't use any standard measure. My barista did not make anyattempt to use a reasonable amount and didn't give me any opportunity to communicate how much I wanted. Read more
