Now charging for extras such as whipped cream but you can't blame them they are attempting to hold prices down.
Been a client at this location since it first opened back when I used to work at Mayfair myself in my teenage years. This... location never disappoints for me and in fact one of my favorite Starbuck locations in Greater Victoria region that is stillrunning (former favorite was the location on top of the former Chapters location; now Shoppers downtown). Haven't worked inMayfair for decades but still come back in the area for errands and nostalgia. And who could say no to birthday perks for Goldmembers like me? Read more
I stood there, at the front of the line, waiting to be served for five minutes, without even being acknowledged. While four... staff wandered back-and-forth conducting tasks. A, "we'll be with you in a sec," would have been nice. They took my order, (4items) and asked for a name, and when the first part (2 food items) of the order came up nothing was called out (should havebeen a clue). A few minutes pass and what I think is one of my drinks is up, but not the other. I check, only to discover theynever got my 4th item. When you do the math they charged me for it. Really bad service. My husband stood in line for 5 minutes and nobody acknowledged him or even said that they'd be there with... him a minute. No name was on the order which there should have been. Will not deal with this Starbucks again Read more
Good location. Smallish. Old decor. Service is decent. Drinks are we expected. Prices as usual.
I came to this location in Mayfair Mall because the Starbucks on Douglas across the street was only Drive-Thru due to short... staff. This location has seating outside and a food court steps away inside the mall. Read more
Tiny and busy as hell, luckily the staff are great so the wait times are really short
