Cashier didn't know how to give me change. The lights were so bright it was like a spotlight and it was uncomfortable for a lot... of customers. When I asked if they could turn it down, the "manager", said it was store policy to keep them like that. Okay,that's fine, is it also then, "store policy" to have dirty washrooms, and "store policy" to never have anyone out wiping tablesor cleaning them off? Just poor attitude...& a major faux pas to come up with that excuse when people are paying customers andthe lights shining directly in their face, is most definitely....not okay!!! Read more

I get coffee here everyday. Staff are nice.. but almost none of them know how to make espresso without burning it. Half the time... the drink comes without any sweetener, so I buy my own bottle of vanilla syrup so I don?t have to ask them to fix it. Don?t evenget me started on their mobile ordering system. Its always down. Meaning u have to go in and wait like 40 mins cuz everyone hasto go in. Not just place order n pick it up. And the amount of flys in that place? let?s just say those are not polka dots onthe walls ??????????? So yah I go here but not often do I actually drink the coffee I buy, 9/10 times I?m just throwing themaway or it sits in front of me on my coffee table for hours, then I dumb em. Read more

Starbucks obviously is iconic and count-on-able for really good service & create your own morning monstrosity. I just wish... they'd fill up my dang matcha to the top. 4832 request. What's a Sass to do. ???? Read more

Starbucks location was super spacious great for studying or having a meeting. Pumpkin cold brew was really delicious. The person... working the till was newer but she was I really nice. The person on bar made our drinks but didn?t add as much cold foam as we?dlike. When we asked for more she snarked that we should ask for more next time, which wasn?t helpful as the sticker clearly saidso. Other than that, great experience. Read more

New refreshed space is doubled in size. Lots of patio room and no crowding indoors either. Lovely spot for a drink away from the... traffic. Read more

Nice, good locale, spacious, loads of big tables and chairs with well organized and displayed Starbucks merchandize. Outside... seating was quite good too. We tied our dog outside and sat inside. We beat the line by ordering through the App and everythingwas nice. Toilets are little stinky just like all Starbucks but not bad. Doable. Hahahah. Staff is friendly and they added freeespresso for my friend?s Iced Blonde Hazelnut as it was way too milky for her. They didn?t charge her for it which was good.Free car parking right outside the cafe, which is even better. I would highly recommend this cafe to anyone? Read more

My first time at this Royal Oak location. There was one person only making drinks, and she was new. As sympathetic as I am to... that, I also did not have time to wait 20 minutes for a take out latte. When I asked for a refund after 15 minutes so I couldjust leave, I was told it would take longer to process the refund than finish making the drink (which ended up being another 5minutes). So I was given the choice to continue to wait or leave without a drink or a refund. 20 minutes may not seem like alot of time, but for me, getting a take out drink, it was more time than I had to spend that morning. The staff all told me itwasn't their fault, that they can't control the number of mobile orders, that the barrista was new. No one ever said to me,sorry, and of course here's your refund, no problem. Instead, I was made to feel like I was being overly demanding by askingpolitely for a refund so I could leave because I had somewhere to be and I just could not wait any longer. I'm so disappointedbecause as a long time Starbucks customer I have never had this kind of demeaning experience in any other location. Read more

Exchanged a Starbucks coffee to-go mug with a defective lid. Even though I had the to-go mug for 3 or for months...they were... gracious in allowing an exchange for a tech free ceramic coffee mug without a proof of purchase (did you know your Starbucks apppurchase history expires after 3 or 4 months on your phone app?).
