They did not listen to my order and they gave me the wrong items. Very unhappy with the service I was given.
Down grading to a 1 star. Once again I questioned whether the drink I was receiving was made with non-fat milk. The young... fellow at the window assured me it was. Based on how sick I felt after taking 3 mouthfuls I can tell you that in fact it wasNOT. $6.25 is a lot of money to be pouring down the drain. Not to mention I'm allergic to fatty milk and you make me sickeverytime my drink is made wrong. Guess I'll no longer be using your drive thru but having to go inside each time to assure itis made properly. As someone who orders a drink with non-fat milk I have come to recognize the difference between that andwhole milk. It would be nice when a drink is made incorrectly to not have to explain and argue (for lack of a better word) forthe drink you ordered in the first place. Read more
The drive thru is always 5-8 cars long, but inside it's nice and fast service. Simple stuff like americanos and drip is always... good, and their speciality coffees are great too. They have seating and washrooms. Lots of beans, tea, mugs and tumblers forsale here. Read more
The only part that would have made it 5 is my drinks arriving at the same time, vs a 3 minute window between first and last (3... drinks). No I changed this to a 5, because the drive through was very busy and I got my drinks inside within 5 minutes in total.Also they were as ordered, and the one for me was ready first so I got to enjoy while I waited for the others.
