I try not to come here unless I really need coffee. The new owners never have enough people working in the morning. Barista didn?t know what a latte frappe was, even though it was on the menu. After several minutes of explaining, got served a... cup of bitter sludge full of coffee grounds. When I asked for it to be sweetened, I got told ?syrup costs extra?. Please trainyour baristas? Read more

Would you please please please send your staff to barista training. It's seriously frustrating to ask for a non-dairy cappuccino... and get bubble-bath foam (big frothy airy bubbles), or no foam (less than a millimeter of white). It's not hard to foamnon-dairy milk, many, many people can foam sorts of non-dairy milk just as well as dairy milk--but you have to have training.You can't just wing it. I'm giving two stars, because the women were very nice, and did try to make proper foam. But this is mythird attempt at a decent coffee in your store, and it's just too expensive for a cup of disappointment. Read more
