I love the food and treats here but I?ve been disappointed with the customer service lately. I?ve worked in the food service... industry for years and I?ve always been taught (not like it needed teaching) to show my appreciation for customers andaccommodate their wishes above everything else. I always make a point to be kind and gracious when I go in because I know howhard it can be, especially when it?s busy, but I never receive any sort of pleasantries in return.
